DREAMCATCHERS

Date: 7 Consecutive Wednesdays

March 5, 12, 19, 26, April 2, 9, 16

Time: 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.

Tuition: $20/ session

Description: In this 7-week course taught by dreamwork facilitator Kristina Hutch Matthews, you will learn how to engage with your dream maker, increase dream recall, and techniques for analysis/study. In addition, we will examine the many different types of dreams as we process dreams using the projective dreamwork technique taught by Jeremy Taylor at the Marin Institute of Projective Dreamwork. Sessions will be playful and fun as we engage in creative exercises to enhance the understanding and the depth of our relationship with our dreams.

Course will consist of instructional time, followed by active projective dreamwork, in which we process dreams as a group.
A dream journal for recording dreams is a must-have for the course.
